Chloe Hull is a Dallas-based Realtor with Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate and a member of the Perry-Miller Streiff Group. Known for her thoughtful approach, discerning eye, and commitment to exceptional service, Chloe specializes in helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence, clarity, and care.
Originally from California, Chloe developed an early appreciation for homes that feel intentional—spaces that are not only beautiful, but livable. That perspective has been further shaped by her time living in New York City, San Diego, and Dallas, along with extensive travel around the world. Through these experiences, she has been exposed to a wide range of architectural styles, design philosophies, and ways of living—continually influencing how she sees and understands a home.

Early beginnings and guided Inspiration
Before transitioning into real estate, Chloe built her career in luxury retail and later served as Chief Marketing Officer for a luxury sim racing company in Dallas. Through these roles, she developed a strong understanding of branding, presentation, and the importance of creating a tailored, high-touch experience—skills that now directly inform how she markets homes and represents her clients.
Outside of real estate, Chloe enjoys spending time with her husband, Gentry, and continues to draw inspiration from travel, design, and the architecture that first sparked her interest in this industry.
